1. 서비스 개요

카드공장(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자가 만든 카드뉴스 이미지·글을 본인의 SNS·블로그 계정(TikTok, Meta — Instagram·Facebook·Threads, Google, X 등)에 게시하도록 돕는 도구입니다.

2. 계정 연결

• 이용자는 각 플랫폼 공식 OAuth로 본인 계정을 연결합니다.
• 발급 토큰은 본인 계정 게시 목적으로만 사용되며 언제든 연결 해제 가능합니다.

3. 이용자의 책임

• 게시 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 보유/확보해야 합니다.
• 각 플랫폼의 가이드라인·약관·법령을 준수해야 합니다.
• 불법·혐오·기만·저작권 침해 콘텐츠 금지. 게시 결과 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

4. 지식재산권 / 5. 제3자 플랫폼

콘텐츠 권리는 이용자에게 있고 본 앱은 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 제3자 플랫폼 API를 사용하며 해당 플랫폼과 제휴·보증 관계가 아닙니다.

6. 면책 / 7. 변경 / 8. 약관 변경

본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 게시 실패·API 변경·계정 제재 등 손해에 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다. 약관 변경 시 본 페이지 게시·시행일 갱신.

1. Overview

CardNews Factory ("the App") helps users publish card-news images and text to their own social/blog accounts (TikTok; Meta — Instagram, Facebook, Threads; Google; X).

2. Connection & 3. Your Responsibilities

• You connect your own accounts via each platform's official OAuth; tokens are used only to publish to your accounts.
• You must own or be licensed for the content, comply with each platform's guidelines/laws, and not publish illegal/hateful/deceptive/infringing content. You are responsible for what you publish.

4. IP / 5. Third-Party Platforms

You retain rights to your content; the App claims no ownership. The App uses third-party APIs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

6. Disclaimer / 7-8. Changes

The App is provided "as-is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for publishing failures, API changes, or account penalties. Updates posted here.
